  one thing i'm convinced of is that jws live in their own little bubble.

  the world could be in chaos around them but not missing a meeting is what's most important.

  children of jws could be going thru teenage trauma or even molestation, but are they getting their "time" in??

  part 8 was posted on 21-apr-02 and since then allot has happened.

  i moved in with my parents on december 8th, 2001. my whole family was glad to have me back in their lives.

  i have been reading and posting (sometimes) for about 7 months and am very grateful to have found a community that understand what i have been going through.

  i have been fading for a little over a year now, and have a sudden urge to speak out about how i feel and what wts is doing.

  i have tried this in the past with some family, including my wife, who is no longer with me, for the same reason....i have also spoken to my brother and mother.

  Thanks everyone,

  I know I should suppress the urge, but its just there all the time. I have just recently found out about the 607 date being false and I thought of using that with them. Isn't a shame that this religion makes families go through this??

  Im excited about everything that is happening and yet not able to share with any of my family.

  I have been reading and posting (sometimes) for about 7 months and am very grateful to have found a community that understand what I have been going through. I have been fading for a little over a year now, and have a sudden urge to speak out about how I feel and what WTS is doing. I have tried this in the past with some family, including my wife, who is no longer with me, for the same reason....I have also spoken to my brother and mother. I need help or advice on how to go about with this new urge to speak the real truth. "The best of" forum has helped with providing some info, but I'd like to know what would be the best way to approach the subject, especially with my folks, that I am no longer a JW (I dont consider myself one anymore)....

  Any ideas would surely be appreciated..

  the watchtower tries to say that "apostates" are in a bedarkened environment.

  they are looking for "true freedom" which they say does not exist.

  we are said to be "gnashing our teeth" and angry.

  on topic, that is so wrong...I think at first theres a sense of lose, for losing friendships and some sort of direction in the beginning. But then its like ultimate freedom, your life is ahead of you. Very liberating...
